If you want to submit a meeting to be announced in PPIGB send it via e-mail and give the following information:

1. Subject Line: Meeting announcement
2. Title of meeting
3. Contact e-mail (if available)
4. Meeting Information
   • URL of meeting if available
   • Otherwise give detailed Meeting information including
     1. Your name
     2. Your e-mail
     3. Meetin Address
     4. Date
     5. Location
     6. Details (like meeting topics...)

In the case that the submitted meeting does not have an own URL I will create a webpage with the given information. It will then be placed on the server of PPIGB.

After you have submitted a meeting announcement you will be notified within 2 days.
